About Juliana
Hi! I’m Juliana Caulfield and I moved to Ballinasloe to live with my husband in 2017. Since then, we’ve had three beautiful children. They are seven, five, and four years old. I’m a full-time mom, and I love it, but I also know how important it is to make time for ourselves.
My journey with yoga started in my early 20s. I had a lot of lower back pain from sitting at a desk all day, and yoga was the only thing that helped. Back then it was mostly about releasing stiffness.
Then in 2023, I started martial arts. I soon realised that I needed to improve my mobility and flexibility. That’s when I really got serious about my yoga. I wanted to do yoga fulltime, so I thought – why not teach?
I took the 200-hour yoga teacher training. It was one of the best decisions I ever made. Teaching comes naturally to me. I love seeing people feel better after class.
I saw an opportunity for early morning yoga classes in Ballinasloe. All classes are beginner-friendly, suitable for both men and women, and with options to make things easier or more challenging depending on what you need. It’s is truly a space for everyone.
